Psikolojik taciz(mobbing) işçinin ruh sağlığı ve sosyal sağlığına

zarar verir. Çalışma ortamını kirletir ve iş sağlığı ve güvenliği bakımından

bir tehlike oluşturur. Biz bu çalışmamızda psikolojik tacizin kavramsal

boyutunu kısaca izah ettikten sonra psikolojik tacizin psiko-sosyal sağlık

ve iş sağlığı bakımından ortaya çıkardığı sakıncaları ele almaya

çalışacağız. Çalışmamızın son kısmında ise psikolojik taciz mağduru

çalışanların başvurabileceği hukuki çareler üzerinde durulacaktır.
