Dear Readers,

This is the last issue of volume 19. From the next issue and the volume, Uluslararasi Iliskiler (International Relations) will continue its journey completely in English. The journal, accordingly, stopped accepting articles written in Turkish starting from January 1, 2022, though the evaluation process of existing articles written in Turkish continued.

The current issue publishes three articles focusing on International Relations Theory and International Law and two articles that deal with other issues in international relations, along with four book reviews.

The first article of the issue, written by Burcu Sari Karademir, concentrates on the concept of unipolarity through structural realism. By arguing that the concept has been taken for granted and has not been theorised properly, the article provides a thorough review of the literature in the post-Cold War era until the 'recognition of unipolarity as a distinct structure in 2009'. The article contributes to the existing literature by investigating the concept's merits.

The second article, entitled 'The Place of Green Theory in International Relations after the Planetary Politics Manifesto' by Didem Buhari Gulmez and Bengu Aydin Dikmen, tries to better locate Green Theory in International Relations (IR) by focusing on its evaluation within the IR discipline. Accordingly, the authors investigate Green Theory's complex relationship with major critical theories, including Constructivism, Normative Theory and Poststructuralism.
